Complete Record: A police department educational film about the perils of befriending strange men who pick up young boys hitchhiking from school. Little Jimmy rides home with a stranger named Ralph, who starts picking him up from school on a regular basis, takes him out for ice cream cones, fishing, trips to the beach, buys him presents and gives him money. But “payments were expected in return”. Mike stays on the basketball court after the others leaves, and soon is befriended by a man who plays along with him. He offers Mike a ride . . . and Mike’s body is found later that evening. These are just a few of the re-enactments of the predatory tactics of sexual offenders from the annals of the Ingelwood police department.
