Complete Record: Focuses on the desires of two retarded teenagers for a meaningful relationship. During a chance encounter, Ricky, a young farm boy, and Lila, a girl enrolled in a nearby special program, are mutually attracted to one another. Through the medium of dramatic fiction, the film raises certain issues; the rights of retarded individuals, their need for emotional and romantic relationships, and their role in society.
