It follows him through a typical day –beginning at sunrise when he performs morning meditation music from the balcony of the ancient Dharbanga Palace overlooking the River Ganges. It also shows his son Nayyar perform the daily routine which characterizes the training of an Indian musician. He rises, prays, practices music, eats breakfast, goes for his workout and wrestling practice, at the traditional Indian Gymnasium, and practices music yet again.
