Bing Crosby falls in love with a girl on a billboard. When he goes to visit her at college the girl's brother inexplicably pretends he's the girl (and is quite convincing) and goes on a date with Bing. Bing sings: "Were You Sincere?", "For You", and "Pop Goes The Weasel."
