Bill of Rights in Action: Due Process of Law

An open-ended film in which lawyers present their arguments concerning the due process of law clause of the fifth amendment during a hearing to reinstate a student who has been summarily suspended after an act of violence at a campus demonstration. Explains that the due process of law is, by its very nature, time consuming, whereas the need to avoid violence and anarchy is often immediate.
