Description: Reel D-E of news footage from KNTV San Jose broadcast on March 1, 1966. District Attorney Louis Bergna is interviewed about results of the investigation into the vote to remove Arthur Potts from his role at the Economic Opportunities Commission. An investigation was called for by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors and San Jose City Council after charges were made that the Commission had violated the Brown Act by ousting Potts at a special meeting. Bergna states they were cleared of any criminal charges but it's possible that there were non-criminal issues.
