Scenes document Red China as it crushed a revolt in Tibet, then attacked a militarily weak India; Cuban freedom fighters as they attempted to retake their homeland and met disaster; Russian missiles discovered in Cuba; and President John Kennedy's ultimatum to Nikita Khrushchev.
