Armed Forces personnel from surrounding military installations came to Philadelphia for religious services, church and home hospitality, sight-seeing, and staged entertainment at Convention Hall during the evening. THE BIG PICTURE camera crews have obtained in this film a good, comprehensive documentary record of a mammoth project, contrasting Philadelphia's past with the present demonstration of brotherhood and hospitality.
