Department of Defense. Department of the Army. Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations. U.S. Army Audiovisual Center. (ca. 1974 - 05/15/1984). With this issue of THE BIG PICTURE, the camera turns to cover three subjects, the first dealing with the role of the Army Chaplain in combat. His is the task of keeping faith alive under the most difficult of conditions. The second story is from Europe and viewers will see an example of how the Army makes use of the scientific method in the detection of crime. Finally, our camera swings to Europe and Korea and a very unique school in the United States for bomb disposal students. THE BIG PICTURE shows that in addition to the physical ruin left in the wake of war, seeds for further destruction are oftentimes found which require trained military personnel capable of ferreting out these destructive seeds and removing them before the damage is done.
