Description: Film opens in Bimbo's Experimental Laboratory, from which continuous explosions are emitted. Bimbo feeds chemicals to the cat and it turns into a monster. Ko Ko drinks chemicals and turns into a skeleton. An explosion turns Ko Ko black. When he removes the blackface, the blackface is alive and says 'Mammy.' Betty is reflected in a drop of water taking a shower; Bimbo and Ko Ko ogle her through the window. Then Betty is on the roof watering flowers, and singing I'm here in my penthouse, which refers to a view of the Hudson, placing the story in New York City. Boiling chemicals turn into Frankenstein's monster, who pursues Betty. She sprays him with the spray she was using on her flowers, and he turns into a dancing flower. Betty laughs and says 'You nutty dope fiend.
