This black and white film is part of a collection of mostly documentary footage which includes city scenes and interviews with people in San Francisco and is largely focused on the Filipino community. This film begins with footage of people at work at a produce market and includes the filmmaker interviewing an unidentified man at a banquet, construction work, and business store fronts including Tino's Barber Shop.
