Complete Record: Tells the story of Benny, an athlete with a small frame, who is working hard to be a starting linebacker on his high school football team. When practice begins, Benny discovers that he cannot handle his bigger, stronger teammates. Desperate to get a college football scholarship, he takes anabolic steroids to increase his muscle mass, but he also develops dangerous side effects. Opens on b/w couple horsing around with football in a den, video static effect to show in- camera edits. Above angle of guy doing bench press. Sunny color footage of practice. Locker room. Girlfriend talks to Benny on bleachers. Weight room, talks to African- American friend who warns him of negative effects. Repeat of previous sequences and settings with Benny exhiting increasingly aggressive behaviors until he is expelled from team.
