Content Description
Highlights from the USC Gamecock men's basketball team trip to the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Japan and South Korea. Shows some of the exhibition games and the team sightseeing in different countries, including a team visit to the Great Wall of China. The footage was captured in 1982 and shows Coach Bill E. Foster who coached the University of South Carolina basketball team during that time. Footage shot by Randy Herald.

Collection Description
This collection includes 16mm film and video shot by the University of South Carolina's Athletic Department from the 1940s to the 1990s. Most of the films document UofSC's football and basketball programs; a handful document the University's track-and-field program. The majority of films and videos show games played by the Fighting Gamecocks, both football and basketball teams, and include full games and highlights, with defensive and offensive wide shots, for training, scouting and recruitment purposes, as well as special events in the athletic calendar.
