This educational short explains why young Morris can't go out and play hockey with the other boys -- he has to go home and study for his Bar Mitzvah. The camera then follows him to temple on the big day, and the narrator gives the play-by-play as Morris reads from the Torah. Fabulous footage of an Ottawan synagogue in the 1950s.
