Description: Presents the relationship between banking and farming as a new man is introduced to the philosophy of the bank and goes with a banker through one day's activities, meeting customers in the bank, visiting farmers, and attending a meeting. Shows how a banker needs to know about livestock and farming, about community activities, and have an interest in the people and their problems. Emphasizes a need for bankers and farmers to work together to make each other financially successful.
