Aves: magnificent frigate and great flamingo

A meditative two-part study of birds in flight. Part one deals with the magnificent frigate birds which move in large, randomly-spaced clusters. They float and drift, creating rhythmic patterns against the sky. On the other hand, the oddly-proportioned flamingos of the last half of the film move rapidly across the screen in close harmonious groups. They can look either awkward or elegant depending on the angle from which they are filmed, their complex mid-flight reversals giving way to coordinated squadron togetherness.
