foreign thank you I'm skip Alzheimer welcome to the AV Geeks lunchtime streaming show where we watch old 16 millimeter films and try to figure out what's going on um that last film on the can it was written home movies San Francisco trip 1936 but uh I don't think that's what it was there might have been a little bit of San Francisco in there I didn't really see it when I was looking but I wasn't watching the entire film so maybe in the comments you can tell me uh somebody asked a question about the red uh that was a film that uh turned red I think it was maybe ansco Chrome uh and we haven't color corrected it yet so that's why it came out the way it was and it kind of snuck in as you could tell it was most of the footage was black and white uh and they edited in a little color segment um which had faded so uh anyways um I thought yesterday was the first day of spring but somebody told me that today was I don't know I I don't know maybe in the comments you can tell me but in the meantime I got another film about spring on the farm so let's watch that and we're gonna cover our bases so enjoy this is the Johnson's farm with the White House and Big Red Barn it is the month of March and there are many signs that spring has come the Johnson's two geese are eating the tender young grass on the lawn nearby is the apple orchard the apple trees are beginning to show new life they have no leaves yet but on every Branch buds are beginning to swell in the spring sunshine a robin is hopping about he is just back from his winter home in the south the warm spring sun has melted the ice on the pond [ __ ] willows give another sign of spring on every branch soft [ __ ] willow flowers have come out they are called catkins in the marsh nearby a red-winged blackbird has also come back from his winter home and here on a warm rock is a little frog he has come into the sunlight after a long winter sleep under rubbish near the pond near the water small plants are green again the spring sun has started them growing here is still another sign of spring this girl is Joan Johnson and here is her brother Jerry they have a kite they want to fly the kite in the strong March wind now will it stay up yes the wind is carrying it far up into the Blue Spring sky it is April now Mr Johnson has started to plow his fields [Applause] Mr Johnson works in the fields all day long he must turn the soil over and get it ready for the seeds he will plant he must plant seeds to raise his corn [Music] Mrs Johnson has an important job to do she's going into the little house where she keeps her chickens this hen has been sitting on her eggs for about three weeks she has kept them warm but now the eggs are hatching little chicks are breaking out of the shells Mrs Johnson sees one that has just picked a hole in the Shell with its builds soon it's down will be fluffy like this one that hatched only a short time ago Mrs Johnson keeps many young chicks in this brooder she wants to be sure that the young chicks are warm enough she also gives them water and the right kind of food with good care the chicks will grow fast Joan and Jerry notice that something has happened in this apple tree robins have built a nest they have built it of mud and dry pieces of grass of course Jerry will have to climb the tree to get a closer look he likes to climb trees and he's careful about it now for a good close look what pretty blue eggs four of them robin eggs but the eggs won't hatch if they're not kept warm children have frightened the mother Robin away so Jerry climbs down carefully he doesn't want to fall and he doesn't want to frighten the robin family the mother Robin is back on the nest now the eggs will be warm again outside the orchard are Wild Plum bushes in Spring they're covered with blossoms Joan likes the pretty blossoms plums will grow where blossoms are now Joan and Jerry are on their way to get the cows everywhere they see the beautiful April flowers more signs that spring has come and that life is starting in the woods and Fields winter has gone and spring is here again pretty yellow flowers are blooming on each side of the path they would make a nice bouquet Jerry thinks a pretty handful of flowers for sister John don't you think they're nice Joan beautiful Joan thinks that she takes them but now they must go on to get the cows it's fun to pick your way across the brook and not get wet in the pasture are the Johnson's cows they are busy eating the tender spring grass in the pasture the Johnsons keep many cows every afternoon Joan and Jerry find the cows and take them up to the barn for milking it is now the month of May the apple trees are full of blossoms in each Blossom is the beginning of an apple the young robins have hatched their hungry mouths are wide open as their parents feed them they keep the father and mother Robin busy getting food for them Mrs Johnson Too is thinking of food she is getting ready to plant seeds in the garden Joan will do the planting she has a package of pea seeds now a handful dropped into straight little Furrow her mother has made the sun and the rain will make the peas grow Mr Johnson is getting ready to plant seeds his machine is a corn planter he pours golden grains of corn into a box on the planet now he's ready to plant he will plant a whole field to corn Mr Johnson steers The Platters straight across the field soon the grains of corn will Sprout and grow Jerry likes to explore about the farm in the month of May he sees so many interesting things what a beautiful big moth it is stretching its wings in the warm sunshine it has just come out of its cocoon it was in Mr [ __ ] all winter long Jerry must tell Joan about finding them off Jerry finds many interesting things this spring morning now what will he find in this field it's something on the ground a baby rabbit he is nearly the color of the dry grass Jerry doesn't want to frighten the baby rabbit baby rabbit feels quite safe in the grass up near the barn Joan has found something interesting whatever it is Jerry likes to look too it's the Johnson's little flock of sheep big woolly sheep and little lambs not quite so woolly Every Spring Lambs are born to the Johnson sheath sometimes the Lambs run and play about more often they're getting milk from their mothers Joan and Jerry think that Springtime is a wonderful time springtime when things begin to grow again did you thank you James Brill for that sorry eating some kimchi I know that's rude um yeah James Brill the voice of early Encyclopedia Britannica and erpe films uh who encycloped in Britannica bought um interesting and the way he said interesting I can't even uh do it but it he seemed to add another syllable in there somewhere okay so behind me I have uh film scanner and I have some films set up and so I've been scouring the our film database to look for songs as potential candidates for the toe tapping tournament which we might do next week week after I'm not sure it depends on how many we get trying to get 16. so um anyways we watch keep the promise yesterday a uh film called use your eyes and um a horrible film about probability that I thought had a song but did not so here's good eating uh puppets there's puppets in this so get ready brace yourself um get your support animal all right enjoy [Music] oh gee I feel tired maybe I'll fix myself something to eat hmm what'll I have peanut butter nah have some chips kid they're fast and easy or a gooey cake and wash it all down with a bottle of Pop yeah sounds good let junk food monster sounds all wrong to me partner I'll tell you peanut butter and a glass of milk will keep you going longer all right too much trouble I thought you wanted to feel good partner what do you mean my kind of snack will make them feel good could be but not for long it's your choice partner I'm gonna go for the easy stuff yeah hahaha when you think of how you're growing it should come as no surprise the more we learn about ourselves the more we realize [Music] foreign [Music] I don't know why my parents made me come here Elliot I don't need the doctor I'm not sick now what did she have to do all those tests for you sure are a sore hand lately well I'm not where's the doctor anyway she's checking out your tests hi your tests are fine spinner no sign of any illness told you I wasn't sick but your weight is up a bit and you sure don't seem the usual spinner I know any idea why I don't know how have you been eating lately oh I don't feel much like eating a stuffed mom serves up I'm too full and she's always after me to eat vegetables and fruits so you haven't been eating much at meal times huh guess not well what have you been eating I have snacks what do you like to snack on well you know chips pop chocolate candies whatever's around I see you must be trying out for the team about this time spinner how's it going he's missed five practices in a row why is that spinner don't feel like it maybe you're not treating yourself right if you give your body the right kind of fuel it'll run beautifully you know bodies are a bit like engines right and engines are a bit like bodies I have a body too you know ever thought how much you people have in common with us cars you like to keep in running order and so do we we all like to eat too and eat well pick my green pal here he's getting his gas but he needs a variety of other stuff he needs his oil he needs his coolant air in his tires and like you guys if we don't get the variety we need we just start running I wouldn't like to tell you what my dad says when his car won't start so a car can't just run on gas so what what's that got to do with me a lot because we're talking about energy spinner and for us energy comes from food but in order to keep our bodies in good running order we need to eat a variety of foods in other words a balanced diet what do you mean why don't we speak with a friend of mine glad to meet you Partners I'm here to tell you that food divides naturally into four groups now don't get a fear because this ain't no math lesson it's a game of choice not chance mistake listening to me because I can make you a winner it's quite simple just choose your food between all the food groups see I represent not just milk but cheese yogurt buttermilk so why should you choose one of us because we'll give you strong bones and healthy teeth and that's the deal now see howdy to my friend from The Next Food Group Mr Bean I'm a bean and I represent things you may know more about than me meat fish eggs nuts but we're all proteins except some kids don't think of beans as very important I do I love beans my family eats them all kinds of ways Chili's one of my favorites oh that makes me feel a lot better about myself you see us proteins are important we're bought in muscle builders and beans are just as good at it as meat is now here's my good friend Miss bread hi there I represent the group whose members are breads cereals pastas and rice what do we do for you energy so you love us right energy to run energy to play and feel good but you know what I've got a problem some of the group get sweetened up too much but we're good enough by ourselves I'm broccoli and I'm your representative for superfood better known as fruit and vegetables when you choose food from my group you are choosing super germ Fighters and much more we fight colds for you give you a shiny hair clear skin bright eyes you get all that from each and every member of my group what about food groups you gotta have some loves every day I'm in the dairy group as you see you gotta eat some of my friends and me buttermilk and yogurt too cream and cheesy the yellow or blue with blue food good you gotta have something like that every day [Music] I'm in the meat group we've got protein there's protein and meat and protein and beans chicken and fish and nuts and ham and so it is meat that's what I'm [Music] [Music] the cereal crackers removed [Music] every day I'm a vegetable fruits and meat have a special quality eat some of us every day carrots or apples [Music] [Applause] food groups you gotta have some of us every day [Music] how about me when demands equal time okay junk food monster what do you represent I represent sweetness all kinds of soda pop and yummy salty things have I got four food groups too so there and they are the greases and other fatty fried foods chips and salty stuff gooey stick to your teeth snacks and wash it all down with sugary soda pop and that makes me smile do you see those teeth what do your food groups do for us we give you a taste your love and a quick burst of energy as well for fast and convenient why have you got such rotten teeth oh teeth don't matter they sure do when I had no cavities at my last checkup the dentist said it was partly because I wasn't always stuffing myself on candy bars do you play any sports sports exercise why are you so grouchy I'm getting tired that's what you guys are really bugging me man what's more you're flabby and too fat so what's a little bit of extra lard who cares the way you look I'm tired of all this I'm going for a quick snack I'll see ya how come he got so tired all of a sudden when you eat a snack like say a chocolate bar all the sugar in it gives you a fast burst of energy it makes you feel better but it doesn't last long an hour or so later you've used up that bit of energy and you start feeling down again just like a yo-yo your energy will go up and down up and down and you're the yo-yo have I been making my body act like a yo-yo what do you think spinner you've been snacking a lot avoiding exercise and you seem tired and out of sorts yo yo a dumb yo-yo well I'm gonna change that all right go to it spinner yes choice not chance that's the key to good eating we all need a variety of foods to keep us healthy and every culture has its own favorites [Music] many Hispanic people like burritos let's see what they have in them there's cornbread beans some cheese this is a balanced meal all in itself and they're served with several vegetables too besides variety we also need to eat the right amounts we all burn up food energy at our own personal rates and if we eat too much that extra food is stored as fat [Music] this is a problem for some people who eat out a lot thank you at many fast food places you just can't get much variety how could we make this meal better instead of fries sure let's try an apple now for the pop yes a cool glass of milk uh-huh this is starting to look good now when you're shopping there's something else to remember some kids think they'd like to eat candy for breakfast lunch and dinner but sweet goodies like these really don't have much in them for our bodies to work with it isn't easy to pass up sugary Foods but if we can we'll be healthier you know fruit can taste good and sweet too and it does a lot for your body it's the good foods you choose that let your body do the things you wanted to by working and playing and making the team yay all right boy we both made the team man you sure made up for those practices you missed I wouldn't have made it if you hadn't been looking out for me Elliot no I you did it spin boy I'm thirsty you want some juice too come on guys aren't we going over to Elliot's for supper I'm starving oh yeah the moms cooked something special for us how about if we take some fruit for dessert man you really kicked your junk food habit sure have partner [Laughter] when you think of how you're growing it should come as no surprise the more we learn about ourselves the only real life [Music] [Music] uh so there was definitely one good toe Tapper in there that that scene of the organs all with little faces I gotta find that film because that was nuts okay uh I got another film set up here this is beating the Blues the booze Blues quick give me another shot of that stuff have a couple beers what happens people oh my breath smells horrible yeah good kind of burn the throat but it's good what if I throw up if my eyes are you swerving oh my God hi Ray foreign [Applause] this program was put together by high school students in a health club called youth gives a damn we staged a concert at Huntington Park High School with skits songs and demonstrations about liquor use and abuse to help us tell our story we've asked someone special to join us you'll recognize him as boom boom Washington from The Carter show Lawrence Hilton Jacobs [Applause] hi there how's everybody doing all right Dynamite hey while we were getting this film together here we did a survey to find out how much you drink now we pulled nearly 400 high school students 35 of you said you drink at least once a week and 18 of you sweat Hogs said you drink at least three times a week if not more now that's one out of every six now obviously you guys are making decisions about drinking right okay now what we want to look into is this thing that you're making decisions about so let's get into beating the booze Blues all right [Music] [Applause] when you look at yourself do you like what you see if you like what you see you're the person you should because your reflection reflects reflecting everything you do you do and everything you do reflects on you there's been surveys there's been a lot of talk and there's a lot of reality that a lot of young people of junior high and high school ages have been getting more and more involved with alcohol and seems to becoming a very serious thing um do you find this to be true I know there's a lot of people who's drink you know who are drinking now I don't get drunk at all I just drink The Taste that's all I believe in sociable drinking [Applause] [Music] [Music] uh I wish I could say no because I know you know a lot of people are going to be listening to this but I used to drink a lot I'm I mean I'm not I wasn't an alcoholic or anything you drink a lot and you were in an alcoholic and you're 16 right am I right [ __ ] why why was that everybody else would be drinking so I'd start drinking too and then pretty soon I wouldn't realize how much I was drinking just I just do it for the heck of it I just do it for kicks too how about you do you do it for kicks yeah that's about fun how old are you by the way 14 14 and you drink for kicks well I don't always drink I mean you know sociably not really hard drink and [Music] everything you do effective alcohol is tough to measure especially if you're half in the bag sitting behind the wheel and feeling like Evil Knievel to see how alcohol influences physical performance even if it's low octane with we put together a little test we enlisted four volunteers to perform a simple test open a standard ordinary high school locker while at the same time counting backwards from 100 first sober then under the influence we had them count backwards to make it a test more like driving where you have to do two or more things at once in a race with some practice our volunteers got the hang of it and they were ready for their first official sober runs and your mark get set go 100 I will lead off man Doug opened his first Locker in only nine seconds Obamacare is a little faster than we expected but in a few minutes we'll see how they do after consuming a few ounces of booze thank you thank you we think that advertising for beer liquor and wine has gone the limit and then some to show what we mean we've invited an expert in alcohol education from the San Francisco Bay Area Kent little okay group we're gonna see what happens when you sit on drink for an evening or afternoon first of all let's put you in the hospital and take your heart out let's give you an anesthetic and put you to sleep and see what happens okay two surgeons are going to operate on you they put a little mask on your face they say breathe this ether gasoline or eat their gas you say oh okay you go you start to breathe it the very first thing that happens you start to relax what happens then your emotions come out your feelings come out and you jabber like an idiot on the operating table that's right half of your brain's already gone you talk about things you'd never talk about outside that's right then you get a the next stage you go through is you lose your muscle skills most of your body is made up of muscles if they told you to raise your right hand you might kick your left leg they still jump you'd fall over okay no muscle skills this is when you start mumbling like an idiot wait a minute if we took that gas called ether we flipped in some water regular old tap water and we mixed it all up we have to change the name we can't call it ether anymore now we call it Ethel we can't call it ether gas now we call it ethanol that's what's the sale for right across the street the liquor store beer Wine and Liquor the alcohol in it is the same stuff they use in the hospitals with their official sober runs out of the way our volunteers were poured carefully measured cocktails good luck here we gave Doug a total of six ounces to drink Tony had five and Louise and Susan had three ounces each other even after their first drinks we noticed some changes in our volunteers [Laughter] your emotions come out you ever noticed we jabber like an idiot huh how many of you girls will listen to a good snow job from your boyfriend after he's had a couple beers it's all right we guys have heard a lot of snow jobs too then you get light High the most dangerous people right here are Volkswagen drivers you put the person behind the wheel of a Volkswagen give them a six pack of beer and they'll swear to God they're driving a brand new Corvette by the way I'd like to get rid of one Theory right this second High School junior high students have this theory that when you become light High the two very magic things happen number one is you turn super sexy and number two sex is better think about it a couple more drinks and you lose all your muscle skills how can sex be any better [Applause] what I'd like you to do is after I attach this mouthpiece Deputy Dan Nathan of the sheriff's department gave our volunteers a breathalyzer test to determine their blood alcohol count and you'll hear a whistle start sounding the police use this machine to measure how much alcohol is in the bloodstream a 0.10 that is a tenth of one percentage point is the amount allowed for driving in most States okay that's fine about volunteers Louise registered the highest a 0.05 which is only half the legal maximum so you ready I'm ready here we go 175. okay go here's Louise on her official under the influence run oh crap now it takes her twice as long to open the lockers uh 90 89. maybe I can't count but what are you told by the liquor industry let's see real quickly open up magazines Playboy Playgirl Newsweek time whatever you read and what do you see beautiful promises for an example if you want to win friends use our influence wow everybody wants friends get out you guys old Granddad will produce the friends for you three ounces of vodka inside her Susan has a blood alcohol count of just below 0.05 percent hi everyone oh I'm gonna start over yeah Susan's score went from an average of 17 seconds sober to 45 seconds on her first run I want to introduce you to my favorite girl Miss America and her young child let's see what we walked around in our society looking like what do we do well we want to go to the beach right so we have our little Budweiser beach towel well you girls uh if you're healthy at all you can have your top half of your bikini or you can have a skirt uh of course you've got to have a hat to keep the Sun out of your eyes think about it people we walk around our whole life looking like a beer can and then we wonder why it's so hard to say no I don't want a drink ready ready go here's Tony also at a 0.04 percent blood alcohol count well below the legal limit Now watch how he does this is classic 31 90 89. 97 96 95 94 93 92 91 90 89 88. it's already fixed this Locker of our four volunteers only Doug was able to score as well on the lockers Under the Influence as a group Our Heroes scored an average time of 15 seconds sober and 25 seconds while at low blood alcohol levels I really am surprised because I am having a very hard time talking to you and doing it and yet I was only halfway to the legal limit of driving the Oddball or the weirdo in our society is not the person who gets drunk we laugh at him the weirdo in our society is the person who does not drink go to a party sometime and say no thank you find out what happens there is not one thing wrong with booze what's wrong is the way people use it great thank you [Applause] yeah what's wrong um just a few problems listen I'll tell you what I heard it's a wild party going out of Mary's house tonight what do you say we go it's gonna be a lot of booze there come on thank you wait you're going to the party tonight aren't you of course yeah I won't party yeah you're taking some of the stuff with you bro what are you doing with that stuff Matt isn't this cool fun hey that ain't cool but then what should I take to the party boss take what I take man [Applause] all right forget the booze Rita [Applause] we're about to meet a man who's an expert on booze he started drinking when he was 16 and was a chronic Alcoholic by the time he was a senior in high school in fact he's the only student body president in the history of his school who failed to graduate with his class he's 24 now and a recovered alcoholic he's Scott Marshall so the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to be an obnoxious boyfriend okay because I'm used to being obnoxious boyfriends and I'm gonna have a little bit of a drinking problem but I'm not going to really think so the hardest thing for an alcoholic is to recognize his own drinking problem I use role playing to point out some of the games and alcoholic uses to disguise his addiction from himself I know because I once played the same game last night was really bad what was bad about it you know even the children talking to other other girls oh it was just she was just sitting there my God you get so panicky all the time you're not getting panicky every weekend oh yeah I have a headache don't yell I wouldn't doubt it the way you were drinking last night what is this always coming down on my drinking all the time no problem I want to help you I have a problem what's the problem did you just drinking too much what's too much just because you only have one can of beer and fall on your face see they're cool took me a long time to learn how to drink that much that's really nothing to be proud of what do you mean I know a lot of people that can't drink as much as I do I'm trying to help you who needs help I don't have a problem okay let me break you Elijah gets in touch with is how really difficult it is when someone is so hostile like that number one I said yeah I have a problem I would have to do something about that and someone that loves booze is not going to say I have a problem because they'd have to stop drinking and who wants to do that think of most of you here as social drinkers think about never drinking again never smoking any grass never even smoking in tobacco okay for the rest of your life right from this minute on that's probably uncomfortable now get in touch with how an alcoholic or an addict must feel when they say hey you've got a problem why don't you stop drinking they can't imagine it it's an impossibility what are you doing drinking again what does it look like you're alcoholic I ain't no alcoholic you are look at that empty all of them empty I can fill them up again I can't I can't take this I gotta get out of here oh that'll just be room for my woman to move in right on then right on then what you mean right on you don't even know what the word means you so out of it I'd rather be out of it in the world tomorrow to be in and out of the world tomorrow goodbye when I started to question my own alcoholism I got from my parents got you can't possibly be an alcoholic my father is a police captain so did he want to see that I was alcoholic no because we have a thing in the society that alcoholics are bad people immoral weak world and we go through that whole thing which is simply not true what happens is a one out of ten drinkers get in trouble with booze cause of death you're not going to believe this alcohol OD D 26 she looks 60. well let's perform the autopsy and confirm the report all right scalpel scalpel may I assist in removing the brain yes please [Applause] you really want the booster must be a pint of alcohol in that brain I wouldn't doubt it well let's get on with it glasses glasses toothpicks and all this toothpick nose we do the honors I'd be delighted let's make a toast all right miss you rest in peace I haven't had a drink in hours I thought I was gonna die [Applause] have you heard people brag the next day about a hangover okay I'm on the telephone someone calls up at 8 30 in the morning I get on the phone and say hi okay so how was the party last night Scott it was really far out you know I feel so bad today you know I got this hangover and they wandering through this whole thing with that which is ridiculous because would I have gone to that party and sat down on 89 bags of potato chips thrown up all over the place come home laid in bed look at the ceiling with the head is spinning right not able to go to sleep and wake up the next day and the guy calls up and says how is the paralyzer really far out all right 89 days of potato chips and threw up all over the place you know I wouldn't do that but that's overeating and we're against overeating but we're not against over drinking people they just do that because you know they friends do it I they have problems and they use that as a security blanket foreign what looky when I get there you have a drink oh man School some people they just want to do it because they friends do it because they want to fit in with the crowd come on who's gonna know Mr death burner might find out to be accepted by most cars you have to drink good burger Schmidt Burger you weedy everybody does it why did you drink well um man are you out of it everybody was well started hassling me well okay boy I hope Pat Boone doesn't find out about this that's the kind of peer pressure that's the belonging thing and so we almost have to look at our own rights you know and what are friends what are friends is not a friend someone that will respect whatever you want to do I'm sure that the guy took out a syringe and a needle and started has you know handing out smack that you guys would go wait a minute you know maybe some of you wouldn't but see you drop that and we're dealing too with alcohol that is a drug it's an addictive substance just like heroin is and we will let people violate what we want to do with that now I'm not against drinking I'm against alcohol abuse it's rough it's really rough to get in touch with that but the bottom line is that we have to be answerable to ourselves only because when I live but how are we going to feel how are we going to feel [Music] I am not living in any dreams [Music] [Applause] to look at what's really happening to me I am not living in [Music] trapped in a dark with really not cut short of time with way too much what's this who am I where am I going where am I going [Music] spinning round and round and now the time has come to tell you you just can't erase it control getting stronger feelings getting stronger getting stronger [Music] wines and evil in this body of mine I need help now no more alcohol I begin to see it now all the pain of it all this horrible lonely feeling of withdrawals [Music] [Applause] I hope this program has opened up some new ways for you to look at drinking I'm Lauren Silton Jacobs for me and for the young people that youth gives a damn thanks for watching when you look at yourself do you like what you see if you like what you see you're the person you should because your reflection reflects reflecting everything you do you do and everything you do it's on you you wake up each day do you like how you feel if you like how you feel you've got nothing to consume cause your reflection reflect reflecting everything you do and everything you do to reflect on you oh um the 70s were a wonderful horrible time um and uh yeah a real life sweat hog um Lawrence uh Hilton Jacobs who somebody pointed out in the comments uh is amazing in uh Cooley High I totally recommend Coley and I that's a wonderful film um but yeah this is uh this is definitely like a time capsule of what it was like to grow up in the 70s um and um so I appreciate it for that so that last song was not a toe Tapper uh or the the previous one in there you don't think those were good candidates for a toe Tapper if you disagree uh please write it in the comments uh so if you don't know what I'm talking about uh we are going to um maybe next week starting next week we're gonna have a competition to determine which jingles in song or songs that we've heard in the films that we've watched in the last year are uh were the best the ideas we are going to ultimately come up with four from probably 16 and excuse me those are going to compete against found footage festival's top four and we will transfer them again [Laughter] you know why because you guys are so good at picking these things and we also have three times the number of uh films than they do video so um and they get caught up in all this overhead and I think that we have a streamlined sense of what is good and what's not um so that's why I'm pulling these films that have songs in them um and it gives me an opportunity to go find some some films that we just haven't watched and don't necessarily pop up uh based on their titles and stuff uh thank you again for tuning in today uh we'll be back again tomorrow Wednesday we'll be showing you more 16 millimeter films but uh yeah thanks for letting me borrow your eyeballs um in some places that uh you are it's
