[Music] aluminum wait a minute just wait till i finish announcing the title aluminum wait wait i said aluminum on the move that's not the right kind of train [Music] sometimes the producer becomes very fond of a certain kind of scene [Music] all right now that's enough [Music] [Music] [Applause] so [Music] that's enough i said this is a serious film this is the story of alcoa aluminum wire rod and bar and screw machine stock and their ever growing applications that's better that's much better now if we have your attention we ask you to consider these trucks filled with alcoa screw machine stock and other wire rod and bar products as you know screw machine stock is the term assigned to certain sizes of wire rod and bar used in the screw machine products industry now these trucks are headed for fabricating plants all over america so let's think of the loads they carry not as raw aluminum stock but as finished products [Music] is it a part for a home appliance [Music] not that one something for the aviation industry no not that one nor that one either dog on it all right that's more like it maybe aluminum wire was used to make these window screens or aluminum christmas trees maybe it's a part for a hearing aid oh no [Music] whatever the ultimate end product chances are the wire rod or bar stock from which it was made was sold by alcoa or an alcoa independent distributor for example alcoa distributors sell more than 70 of all alcoa aluminum screw machine stock approximately 50 million pounds of aluminum are used by the screw machine industry every year that's between two and three percent of the market about 500 million pounds of brass are used for screw machine products every year accounting for another 20 percent of the market 2 billion pounds of steel are used every year for screw machine products and that accounts for a whopping 77 of the market but now let's just consider the aluminum brass ratio for a moment if just one third of the screw machine parts now made in brass were to be made in aluminum it would double the sale of aluminum screw machine stock every year 100 million pounds of aluminum instead of 50 million pounds it would mean twice as much aluminum screw machine stock headed for the fabricating plants of the nation the result of conversion from brass to aluminum and of course many screw machine products now made in steel could be converted to aluminum as well many screw machine products can be made better and at less cost by using aluminum distributors perform a valuable service to their customers by switching them to aluminum and also the distributors make more money by selling aluminum but now let's consider the value of aluminum as a screw machine stock we don't need the trucks right now [Music] cut the trucks will you that's enough of the trucks i said never mind that just give us a shot of some screw machines all right then let's take a look at the alcoa screw machine alloys and find out some of the advantages they offer alcoa aluminum alloy 2011 is the alloy selected for most applications for example it's the alloy selected for wiring devices or television and radio components or any other such design situation where excellent machinability and low cost are the primary considerations alcoa alloy 2011 is the freest cutting aluminum alloy ever machined it's as fast or faster than free machining brass with identical tooling and it cuts three times faster than steel with far less tool wear incidentally the lens mounts on cameras normally are made from alcoa alloy 2011 stock remember this alloy anodizes readily now this part was formally made of steel nowadays it's made of strong lightweight aluminum it cost the manufacturer less because less machining time was involved and the aluminum part needed no surface finishing or take alcoa aluminum alloy 2024 this alloy has the highest tensile strength of all alcoa screw machine alloys because of its high shear strength it is often used for fasteners it is also ideal for aircraft parts no no not that kind that's better now alloy 2024 is also used a great deal nowadays for missile fittings not that kind of a missile all right that's more like it now let's look at alcoa aluminum alloy 2017. this alloy provides good machine ability and strength ease of deep drilling is one of its advantages aluminum weighs a third as much as brass and it cuts just as fast as brass resulting in appreciably reduced costs finally it machines to a clean bright finish now if you want to use your screw machine parts in a highly corrosive atmosphere no not that kind of an atmosphere i mean a damp or gaseous atmosphere that's better the steam iron alcoa alloy 6061 is the alloy that provides excellent resistance to corrosion it's also the alloy to use when exceptional finishing characteristics are required aluminum offers a wider range of finishing possibilities than other metals alloy 6061 can be welded easily and it provides great strength and resistance to corrosion even without plating [Music] but is it possible to produce an aluminum screw machine stock alloy that will combine all the best mechanical and physical properties of the others well alcoa metallurgists have just about done that they've come up with alcoa aluminum alloy 6262 the first new aluminum screw machine stock alloy in 25 years this new alloy can be used in a wide variety of screw machine parts alloy 6262 in the t9 temper has a higher yield strength than other screw machine stock alloys it offers better machinability than most others and it provides excellent corrosion resistance comparable to alloy 606 one in fact one of its major uses nowadays is in marine diesel fittings and marine hardware above decks and below alloy 6262 has its economic advantages too buyers can reduce inventories by stocking just one or two alloys instead of four or five they can streamline their purchasing by ordering in larger quantities and thereby keeping their production programs on schedule but now let's review the advantages of aluminum screw machine stock in general aluminum weighs only one third as much as brass and in strength it compares very well with brass and of course the finished product costs much less these are brass and aluminum bushings used in the electrical industry as you can see they're exactly the same size now if a larger bushing were necessary it could be fabricated from aluminum and the aluminum part would still weigh less and cost less than the smaller brass bushing in other words the larger stronger aluminum part actually weighs less and costs less and how do you save when you convert from steel to aluminum you save on machine time these are equally efficient hubs for automatic temperature control devices one is aluminum the other is steel the overall material and machining cost of the steel hub was almost 37 cents while the overall cost of the aluminum hub was less than 25 cents but now let's go back to messina and take a look at the production of wire rod and bar including screw machine stock all right never mind that and never mind that either alcoa now employs thousands of people in 30 plants throughout the nation and many of these people work at the wire rod and bar plant in messina new york this is the smelting operation that provides the basic aluminum metal this modern smelting plant is the result of developments and improvements on the basic process invented over 75 years ago by charles martin hall the founder of modern aluminum production after smelting the molten metal is cast into ingots the ingots are sent to the blooming mill where they are rolled into blooms the bloom is then cut into specified lengths and then scalp and then the bloom is ready for further rolling perhaps it will be turned into structural shapes such as angles channels z-bars or forging stock for the manufacture of such items as airplane landing gears and wing spars or perhaps it will be turned into rod stock in the 12-inch continuous rolling mill or fabricated into various sizes of rod bar and structural shapes in the 18 inch mill small rods and bars and fine wire are produced in the merchant mill very likely the wire in the aluminum screens on your home came from this mill up to 10 million pounds of aluminum are kept in stock at all times in the messina warehouse from fine wire to large structural shapes which may be used eventually in the construction of a great transmission tower this huge supply of wire rod and bar and structural shapes permits immediate partial shipment of most rush orders and then the planning department goes to work to hurry the rest of the order through the mill of course the heart of any major industry is the place where the quality of the product is continuously tested and where the product is continually improved to meet the growing demands of the industry's customers the latest improvement in alcoa aluminum screw machine stock is a special finish which makes surface cutting easier permits closer tolerances and prolongs tool life this is in addition to previous alcoa controls which reduced tool wear in subsurface cutting the efforts of alcoa's research and development division are resulting in the ever increasing application of aluminum parts in various fields we've talked about the use of alcoa alloys in standard screw machine stock but alcoa also makes aluminum hollow screw machine stock in alloys 2011 2017 and 6262 and mechanical tube in 2024 6061 and 707.5 alloys all together six alloys the broadest range in the industry then there are the other wire rod and bar products and all the standard structural shapes which are creating a new construction concept in america in other areas too aluminum is proving itself the most adaptable of metals for instance one large producer of automotive equipment is now using a carburetor choke shaft made of alcoa 2011 alloy screw machine stock not that car and another manufacturer is using aluminum control valves or pistons in an automatic transmission and aluminum screw machine parts are being used increasingly in home appliances not that one but of course it's in the air that aluminum really comes into its own not that one please aluminum will get you to new york or paris or hong kong and one of these days it may get you or your children to the moon as we said in the beginning aluminum is really on the move no no not those scenes [Music] no no no we want to see people talking about aluminum [Music] no no not those people we want alcoa customers [Applause] no no get those people out of there [Music] no darn it no bring back the train aluminum on the move the aluminum train no no no [Music] [Applause] ah oh no excuse me these film producers you know but you got the message didn't you about aluminum alcoa aluminum screw machine stock wire rod and bar and structural shapes [Music] aah oh that's wacky those wacky alcoa people i have a theory uh which i will explain a little bit later about that film um but it's good to know that uh alcoa makes more than just really crappy managers um as we've seen with uh all those uh alcoa uh short management films that are left open-ended and you have to figure out what the manager did wrong um and it gave me a sense of uh what how alcoa sold their aluminum like you know this is this brand it's not just aluminum it's like aluminum that's been treated this way or it's been whatever thing in it fascinating um and then filled with glorious stock footage which we love uh hi i'm skip alzheimer welcome to the av geeks lunchtime streaming show welcome 2021 um some of you joined me on the new year's day thing where i just showed a bunch of commercials so thank you for joining me with that um got a lot more film to show you and i'm eager to start off this year with a bang um well it's not a bang but starting off the year with hopes high i mean we're so low hopes high anyways um quite unintentionally this next film is also about melting metal in a factory this is a profile of a steel worker [Music] so cable came out of the back didn't mute mute correctly blah blah blah anyways um that's why i wasn't able to show the film that i was about to show anyways uh let's watch this film about lsd chuck was behind the wheel and traveling fast perhaps too fast he screamed clawed at his eyes and rammed head-on into an oncoming car [Music] chuck's girlfriend is badly injured the other driver is dead and so is chuck why this what happened it was only a few short weeks ago really bob and chuck were friends good friends they enjoyed sports [Music] they enjoyed a lot of good times together [Music] nothing really unusual about bob and chuck just a couple of guys in the midst of the normal process of becoming adults certainly nothing to foreshadow the tragic events in which they were to find themselves unless it was another group of young people from school frank and his group they too had an interest lysergic acid diathelamide lsd acid 25 take your pick it's equally dangerous under any name [Music] like most acid heads frank had a compulsion to turn others on maybe unconsciously he felt less guilty about his weakness if he could get others to do as he did there's a much better way to fly than with toy planes he tried to be persuasive but there was something weird about the way he acted it was an old approach taunts dares ridicule if you don't turn on you don't belong you gotta turn on tune in and drop out experience the mind expanding powers of acid it's psychedelic baby that's what it's all about was not impressed he didn't know much about lsd but what he had heard he didn't like acid seemed like a whole lot more trouble than it was worth sure taunted frank exactly what the establishment wants you to believe and you just eat it up bob wasn't convinced but chuck was not quite so unaffected although he tried to appear nonchalant the adventure in it appealed to him what if it really does give you a greater insight to yourself [Music] at least we can try the stuff chuck argued what harm can that do but bob was adamant it would just be a stupid thing to do [Music] and for the first time the boys had a real disagreement and went their separate ways it had been several days since bob and chuck had seen one another bob was surprised he tried to talk with his friend but chuck perhaps to hide his embarrassment was aggressively defensive in fact just to prove to bob that he's his own master he informed him defiantly that he'd be taking his first acid trip that very day bob was disturbed what was happening to chuck and the others simple acid lsd what is the truth about it the real truth maybe it isn't so bad bob decided to find out not from being told by anyone else pro or khan he'd make his own inquiries [Music] the library provided ample scientific information about the drug itself the sergic acid diethylamide 25 was first synthesized in switzerland in 1938 by a biochemist dr albert hoffman while studying a parasitic fungus that attacked european right fields in its pure form lsd is colorless with no taste or odor and when distributed to the users it is mixed with other ingredients to get bulk the drug is usually found in capsule or tablet form in liquid vials or in the now outdated sugar cube a single ounce would provide an average dose for 300 000 people the observable effects on the body from taking lsd are only slight the most notable being a dilation of the pupil making the eyes super sensitive to light but while the physiological effects are quite unspectacular the effects on the mind are explosively disruptive reaction to the drug is completely unpredictable it can be the hope for heaven or a hell full of horror and there are all too many cases of young people who have become permanently deranged through a single terrifying acid trip while many others have cruelly injured or mutilated themselves in their deluded state of mind there is no sure antidote for a bad trip although tranquilizers and barbiturates are used they are not always effective no deaths have yet been reported for an overdose of the drug so the lethal dose is unknown in some cases damage may be inflicted on the user's chromosomes which influence heredity the younger the person the greater the damage although the indiscriminate use of lsd is too new for any experimental certainties there have been births of deformed babies where the drug is the strongly suspected [Music] cause and it is a fact that animal embryos have been horribly deformed by mothers who have been given average doses of lsd the effects of the drug usually end in six to ten hours but the risk of an unsuspected mental time bomb remaining is always there unexpected recurrence of all the effects in their original intensity has been reported as long as a year after the last trip one of the claims made for lsd is that it frees the mind for creative thinking and work yet only the opposite has been proven it is only in the subject's own deranged mind that his abilities are expanded a cruel self-delusion actually his creativity is so distorted no relationship to reality is possible so while there are bona fide medical uses and benefits to be derived from the drug the lsd image made popular by certain advocates is based on myth while the inherent dangers are based on facts from a legal standpoint most offenses involving lsd are classified as felonies even the possession of a small amount is a misdemeanor the drug is considered so dangerous that all legitimate manufacturers have ceased production and lsd is only legally available for research purposes therefore to provide the acid head with his instant escape the drug is being produced by underground amateur chemists in clandestine often unsanitary laboratories where control over quality is a joke adding yet another danger to an already dangerous drug and there is also ample evidence that organized crime is enjoying a good piece of the action who then could use such a harmful drug unfortunately the ones most likely to become involved are the high-risk elements the immature the unstable those who will risk everything without a thought to the future one arrest and never again will he be able to say no to the question have you ever been arrested a fact that will have to be lived with for a long time lsd is not habit-forming the way some other drugs are it is worse the user becomes psychologically hooked that is one reason why national medical societies have called acid the most dangerous of all illegal drugs and narcotics [Music] the latest findings after prolonged and exhaustive studies report strong indications of premature aging increased susceptibility to cancer especially fatal leukemia and possible harm to children and even grandchildren through the use of lsd how dangerous how serious the permanent damage done no one knows as yet the answers will come from those young people who today are willing to use themselves unthinkingly as human guinea pigs as one scientist put it someday their affected brains may end up in laboratories and provide the answers [Music] and while bob was forming his opinions about lsd with facts chuck was getting his education firsthand with an average dose of acid the first symptoms may come in 15 minutes but the usual reaction time is about three quarters of an hour so the brave ones wait for an unknown reaction of the mind distorting drug bob dug deeper he talked with various kids at school whom he knew were or had been on lsd he was concerned and puzzled by what he found a definite shift of values was evident in the acid heads a subtle but unmistakable change in attitude they displayed a listless indifference instead of their former awareness morbid introspection in place of productive activity a disturbing decaying wasting away the more bob uncovered the more he saw for himself the hardships and grief suffered by the parents and homes of misguided young people who are too weak to face reality and try to find a quick escape in a world of illusion unfortunately these dreamy psychedelic trips are very often one way [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] as the days went by bob grew increasingly concerned he was learning the actual facts about lsd and the serious effects and consequences of taking it under non-medical unsupervised conditions [Music] it was a clear picture to which innumerable magazine and newspaper articles gave witness frightening accounts of self-inflicted injuries mental breakdowns violence suicide even murder chuck was also learning new things quick easy ways to pay for his quick easy pleasures and he'd finally persuaded his girlfriend susan to go on a beautiful trip with him to merge their inner beings in a world of wonder and delight to gain new mind expanded insight to themselves and each other [Music] bob was determined to talk to chuck and set out to find him [Music] for chuck the acid trip was now a familiar route so he decided to sit this one out to watch over susan but susan was not quite turning on as he had planned [Music] so [Music] [Music] so so chuck was alarmed he hadn't bargained for a freak out susan's car was downstairs and he decided to take her home since it seemed impossible for bob to get to and talk with his friend he decided to write a letter without sounding stupid bob tried to put his honest feelings in the letter he used the only tools he had left to influence his friend reason and logic [Music] chuck didn't like it but it was probably just a harmless little bonus from his last trip [Music] and those are the facts about lsd chuck honest there is just no future in being an asset head [Music] you and i have been friends for a long time and i don't want to try to tell you how to live your life but like it or not we are adults now and we have the power to make decisions that will affect our entire lives before you know it you will be seriously considering marriage how do you think susan would feel about the prospect of having deformed children as for myself i have just started to live and i don't want to look back in a few years and have to say was i ever a stupid kid maybe the world is all fouled up but we sure don't have to do our bit to make it worse [Music] of course that was a sid davis film of course um and the the script is almost it's not verbatim keep off the grass but it's pretty close the idea of uh learning on my own not having anybody tell me all that stuff is uh that's on you can keep off the grass uh yeah that was missing the title but it still had the oof uh and i apologize for the deformed baby photos that snuck in and i i caught it only halfway through so sorry about that um but uh you know the the i've said this before the problem with uh drug education films are that one it's a lot of times the people watching them just don't identify with anybody and they use any excuse possible not to identify with anybody but the other part and basically say that won't happen to me the other part of it is the um basically they're ads for the drugs so if you have a school you show it at a school and lsd hasn't shown up yet in that school you better believe there's going to be some kids watching those films saying like that's what i want and i'm going to start asking around for it until i can find it that is the problem and also a lot of these films actually show like rolling a joint or shooting up they show the process so it's almost like what are you teaching here um it's like that shoplifting film that i have that basically shows you how to shoplift it's like wow okay um excuse me so before i was going to try to show you uh the film that like actually that's on the telecini um but a cable fell out of the back of my computer so now it should be all hooked up so this is profile of a steel worker [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] it's january the early morning is cold and still almost dark the day shift reports to the steel mill for work the workers punch in a special clock officially records the time they arrive inside the steel mill the fiery liquid metal casts its own eerie glow [Music] with only a year on the job gerland smith known as smitty is one of the newer workers in the plant but he has learned already what it means to be a steel worker smitty works for the allegheny ludlum steel corporation other companies use allegheny ludlum steel to make all sorts of products parts for electric motors lawn mowers hospital equipment and stainless steel cookware are just a few of them some of these products can be bought at low prices in a company run store only workers and their families may shop here it's one of the fringe benefits of the job can i help you please yes i'd like the double broiler smitty's wife sherry takes advantage of the store steel making in the united states grew up in southwestern pennsylvania some of the first steel mills were located in pittsburgh today the river valleys of this region are lined with sprawling steel mills the plant where smitty works the brackenridge works is located about 20 miles or 32 kilometers northeast of downtown pittsburgh breckenridge makes steel not from iron ore but from scrap metal much of the scrap arrives by barge on the allegheny river in one sense the steel mill is really a large recycling operation a huge electromagnet hoists the scrap out of the barge and dumps it into a railroad car smitty works in the melt shop here the scrap is mixed with other materials and heated until it forms molten iron later processes turn the iron into steel the steel will be poured into ingot molds these molds hold the hot steel while it cools and hardens one of smitty's jobs is getting the molds ready for filling the molds are preheated with open gas flames preheating lessens the shock when the white hot steel is poured into the molds but first comes melting the iron carbon in the form of powdered coke is dumped in the furnace tilts sparks shower onto the work platform and clouds of steam billow toward the ceiling from a control room high above skilled workers observe and direct the process now the hot iron is transferred to another furnace more scrap metal is added inside the furnace the metal will reach a temperature of about 2 800 degrees fahrenheit or 1500 degrees celsius when it is poured out it will no longer be iron it will be steel on a day off from work smitty likes to visit his parents with his family smitty's father has been a steel worker for more than 30 years because he enjoys his job he was very glad when smitty got a job at the steel mill both men work at the brackenridge plant smitty is close to his mother and father he feels that they are his friends not just his parents smitty's daughters audra and tabitha always have a good time with their grandparents today there is special excitement the steelers pittsburgh's football team are playing for their conference championship from across the ohio river it's three rivers stadium pittsburgh pennsylvania home of the defending champion pittsburgh steelers that's not bad right i said bearcats [Music] each steel worker puts in an eight-hour day called a shift when business is good the mill can run 24 hours a day seven days a week down the crane today loading trucks [Music] in the melt shop more iron is being prepared for conversion into steel the molten metal bubbles and pops like red hot lava in a volcano despite the heat of the furnace the work area is very cold in winter the building is not heated in the summer the heat outside adds to the heat inside the work area becomes uncomfortably hot in the huge mill the ladle holding the iron looks almost small but don't be fooled the ladle can hold 50 tons of iron 50 tons of iron is enough to produce steel for a hundred automobiles in a single day the melt shop may produce 2 000 tons of steel bowling is a popular sport among smitty's friends even though he and his wife don't bowl they enjoy being with their friends who do sometimes the talk turns to the subject of work but that doesn't keep anybody from having a good time back on the job smitty gets ready for pouring the steel into the ingots a process called teaming the iron has been refined into steel now it is carefully teamed into the waiting preheated ingot molds gigantic machines do much of the work many of the employees operate machines each worker has a particular job to do in just one day three shifts can pour enough steel to make pots and pans for all of pittsburgh the steaming hot ingots are taken outside depending on how cold it is they may take from three to four hours to harden when the ingots have hardened somewhat their molds are stripped off a worker brands each one with an identifying number this ingot lying on its side gets the number four the ingot is reheated in another furnace only after the ingot begins to soften can rolling take place an ingot mule carries the glowing hot ingot to the blooming mill the blooming mill plays a very important part in steel making all the ingots pass through this part of the operation it is here that the ingots are first rolled into large rectangular slabs the ingot passes into the bite of the mill powerful rollers squeeze the ingot as it moves back and forth again and again with each pass the rollers are brought closer together the chunky ingot becomes thinner wider and longer it takes only two men to control the entire blooming mill but these workers are highly skilled and have a great deal of experience they must work closely together for everything to run smoothly the rolling process continues the ingot has become a thick slab the 20 foot or six meter slab advances to an enormous shear the shear cuts through the steel as if it were a stick of warm butter the rough ends are sliced off and recycled what remains is the best quality steel as the process continues the slab of steel is rolled into a strip the strip becomes thinner and thinner longer and longer strong jets of water clean and cool the strip as it passes along the strip races by at more than 20 miles or 32 kilometers per hour even on a bicycle you would have trouble keeping up with it for long as the strip nears the end of its journey it enters the down coiler this is a huge machine that winds the steel strip into a coil the ingot has become a coil of quality steel a quarter of a mile or nearly half a kilometer long the coil is one of the basic forms for finished steel in the end the coil is taken to a shipping area there it will be held until it is sent to a customer or processed further literally thousands of different products can be made from steel in this form shiny auto trim huge subway cars stoves and refrigerators even the kitchen sink the melt chop is just one part of the steel making process in a sense it is the beginning for it is here that iron first becomes steel for girl and smith and his co-workers the job of making steel goes on his shift will end but all through the night huge machines will break the silence with their banging and clanking and molten metal will glow with the light of its own fiery heat [Applause] [Music] [Applause] yeah pretty great i was born uh near pittsburgh and uh so some of that felt familiar to me uh my parents did not work in the steel industry but i'm sure they had friends who did um and they also had my grandparents also had friends who did um my grandfather worked for the paper in pittsburgh i think he was one of the delivery uh logistics people and my other grandfather was a carpenter union carpenter and he actually helped build the first atomic plant that was used for power in pittsburgh or in the pennsylvania area um so yeah i mentioned earlier that aluminum on the march made by alcoa had a real similar vibe to something that i've seen before and it's trying to be funny and what i found out is and as we know those early uh alcoa films that feature the managers messing up and you know trouble with women the grapevine um all those films uh were made by calvin uh workshop calvin was a film company and um they would do a yearly summer workshop where industrial filmmakers would come and they would learn techniques uh they would learn about filmmaking they would learn about editing uh and then they would also learn about you know how to make things light um and they made this film which uh was kind of a jokey film that was making fun of industrial films it was called uh your name here it's not part of my collection but it is part of um the perlinger collection who has a lot of the the calvin material including the outs and things like that so here's your name here enjoy the film you are about to see represents a significant breakthrough in the advancing science of the motion picture for years the industrial film has been plagued by the always difficult sometimes impossible to explain costs of original creative thinking in script preparation photography and editing now at last we are pleased to announce the elimination be forgotten [Applause] [Music] uh so calvin made a couple of those films uh there's not there's another one that they did that's just a bunch of characters um it has monkeys typing on typewriters and stuff um and all of these are filled with just glorious stock footage um so i just kind of wonder looking at aluminum on the march that beginning where the president or whoever is keeps getting interrupted by stock footage if um if that was inspired by this workshop and watching this film that there you know calvin's making fun of these industrial films that really are just cookie cutter the blandest of the blandest that don't really show anything and they talk about how glorious their product is and we've certainly seen uh films like that uh during this lunchtime streaming show so um yeah i thought you guys would dig that and that's my little theory it's all anecdotal i have no proof that aluminum on the march was affected by calvin's uh these films but they seem pretty close and also the timing of the and editing of that of the aluminum on the march it's just not funny just not edited well um and not acted well so thanks everybody for tuning in today very much appreciate your picking cotton this there's one real it's just footage of this uh earth uh model and then there's this marble that just keeps going around it and it's it's like 10 minutes of that so really great
