Hi everybody. I'm Skip Alzheimer. Welcome to the AV Geeks Lunchtime streaming show where we watch old 16 millimeter films. And uh that was part two of the uh Czech travel log where people went to Czech Republic uh on vacation, I'm guessing uh as it seemed to be uh yeah, capturing a lot of touristy things. Um I don't know, was this maybe made for something that was going to be edited for release? I don't know. Um, but uh, fascinating nonetheless. 1990 is when we figured out it came out because of a date we saw yesterday. Um, and believe it or not, that's not too late when it comes to 16 mm. 16 millimeter is still being made and shot uh, and used uh, although not nearly as much as it was in the 90s. Um, and uh, it's pretty nice. There was no sound. Uh because doing sync sound is harder. Uh here's you guys know your schoolhouse rock. Do you know this? This is forgotten schoolhouse rock. Enjoy. When I stopped in to see my friend the cook, he met me with a very puzzled look. He said he'd never had to make a metric recipe. And now he had to bake a batch of brownies metrically. That's when I introduced him to my metric measuring cup. It measures eeny meeny miny mill. 240 fit inside a single cup. And it takes 1,000 just to fill a liter up. When you've got to cook enough to feed an army, things can get a little hectic. I confess they can take your messaul and convert it to a mess. But all you have to do is get a metric measuring cup and recipes in metric terms will help you measure up. There are five ml in a teaspoon. 15. Fill up any tablespoon around. And 30 equal what we used to call an ounce. A pinch by any other name is still a pinch, you see. But when you need exact amount, just measure metrically using eeny mini. 240 fit inside a single cup. And it takes 1,000 just to fill a l. [Music] So yeah, it's it's strange. So it's made by the people who made Schoolhouse Rock, but it was not made for ABC. Um, in fact, I think it was maybe shown on NBC. Um, and so it didn't really get shown as much. And then when they brought back all of the Schoolhouse Rock on uh on DVDs, VHS, uh, CD covers of it. Um, this was not included even though it's the same people. Uh, and it's so it's really strange. It's it's really kind of cool. and you know was trying hard to educate kids about the metric system and uh yeah anyways uh so yes Disney does now own Schoolhouse Rock and they also own uh the vast majority of the afterchool specials they own so much stuff from your childhood it's crazy crazy crazy okay uh so behind me I have let's See if I can do this without causing my computer. Yeah, behind me I have a film on the scanner. This one is um advanced shooting technique part one. Enjoy. What are they shooting? Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Success in archery, like success in any sport, demands long and hard hours of practice until certain basic skills have been learned, perfected, and polished. For a top-notch shooter, the steps leading to each shot are identical. A good shooting sequence includes taking a solid well-balanced stance, knocking the arrow in a precise manner using a minimum of time, raising the bow into pre-draw position with the muscles of the arm and shoulder, drawing to anchor with the back and shoulder muscles, holding the anchor and concentrating on the target, releasing the string from the relaxed hand and the follow through. These are the fundamental steps every good archer executes with every shot. Whether he's using a recurve bow or newer and more complicated archery equipment, a takedown bow, for example, is similar to a recurve bow, except that it's quickly and easily disassembled, allowing for easy transport and storage. The third frequently used bow is a compound with two or four wheeled pulleys that give it one major advantage over the others. For other bows, the weight of the pull increases as the shooter pulls to full draw. On a compound, eccentric wheels act to decrease resistance as full draw is approached. This makes it possible for an individual to use a heavier bow and hold it at full draw longer, allowing more time to prepare the shot and aim. Other types of equipment available today include stabilizers to balance the bow, reduce torque, and absorb the shock of bow vibration at release, making the bow a more stable platform from which to shoot. bow slings that help shooters use a light natural grip without fear of dropping the bow and mechanical releases to simplify the job of releasing the bow string. While all these accessories can help a shooter improve, no amount of equipment can make a mediocre shooter a good one or a good one great. Instead, advancement in archery comes after shooters recognize first that archery requires a positive mental approach. Success is achieved by those who can demonstrate their concentration and determination to reach a goal along with a belief that they can do it. And they must have an understanding of what they must do to reach their goal. Second, archery is an individual sport. The basics of good shooting technique must be refined and adapted to an individual's physical characteristics. What's right for one shooter may not be right for another. With this in mind, let's look at some of the refinements or adaptations frequently made in four critical areas of the shooting sequence. The stance, knocking the arrow, the pre-draw position of the bow hand and drawing arm, and finally the draw. As many archers soon learn, there are different stances or ways to address the target. including the closed and open stances. Beginners should use the closed stance with the feet on a line to the target. Intermediate and advanced archers should master the open stance because it provides a more secure base that helps eliminate body sway. This position also allows more concentration on the target, gives more of a feeling of drawing the bow with the muscles of the back and shoulder, and allows more string clearance. Dang it. All right, we're going to skip to something else while I pick fix the tension on this. This is cheating. [Music] Well, why don't they call? They've had plenty of time to decide. Hello. Yes, this is John. Yes, I know why you're calling. They did. Oh, they did. No, I guess that's it then. Thanks anyway. Did you hear about John Taylor? They voted him out as student council representative because he was caught cheating. Who? John Taylor voted out. John Taylor who was cheating. John Taylor. John Taylor. John Taylor. John. John Taylor. You a cheap John? John, what have you done? Remember how it all started? The day you went over to Mary's house to study for the test. Remember? All right, John. Now look, the problem is to factor x^2 - 9x + 20. Now, how do you do it? Let's see. x^2 - 9x + 20. You take the x^2 minus the 9x and oh you subtract x from x^2 and then you Oh golly Mary, I don't know anything about this factoring business. John, you do too. Now the answer is the quantity x - 5 * the quant x -4. Now do you see how I got it? Yeah, I guess I do. But golly, Mary, this stuff's awful. I just don't get most of it. You'll just have to. You won't pass the test tomorrow. I know it, Mary. If I get stuck on the test, you'll help me, won't you? How can I help you? It's easy. Miss Graanby hardly ever comes back to where we sit. If I get stuck, I'll just ask you for the answer. Well, I don't know. Oh, forget it. I probably won't have any trouble anyway. But you remember what happened the next day, John? Miss Granby's test was even tougher than you thought it would be. There were a lot of problems you couldn't work. And it seemed to you that you didn't stand a chance of passing the test. And right there in front of you sat your pal Mary with her head chock full of all the answers you needed. You thought about it. There you were, desperate. And there was your salvation within arms reach. So you decided to take a chance. You asked Mary for help. And of course, Mary, being Mary, gave you the help. It was all so simple. You began to wonder why you'd spent so much time worrying about the test. Yes, sir. You felt pretty pleased with yourself. You'd put one over on Miss Grandby. A few days later, Miss Granby returned the graded papers. Was there a shadow of doubt in Miss Graanby's face as she looked at you? What was there for Miss Graanby to doubt? After all, wasn't this the best grade you'd ever made on an algebra test? Maybe that was it. Maybe the grade was too good. Somehow that odd little look Miss Graanby gave you seemed to haunt you. Did you really earn that 92, John? I wonder. Oh, she didn't mean anything. That test wasn't very important anyway. Yes. You thought it was just a little thing, but it was the beginning of all your trouble. After that, life went on for you pretty much as usual. You were busier than ever with sports, with Mary and your friend Jim, and most of all with your new job as student council representative. You'd always wanted to be on the student council, and you were really proud of yourself the day you were elected to take Jack Martin's place when he moved out of town. But now, with the honor of the job went the necessity of keeping your grades up, and that was your problem. Hello, this is Jim. Let's go down to Sam's and get a hamburger. I can't, Jim. I've got homework to do. A Don't worry about it. You've got plenty of time. Okay, let's go get a hamburger. I'll see you in a minute. The big clock in the hall went on ticking off its even measure of time, and you went on as before. You and Mary were still the best of friends, but Mary had assumed greater importance to you. You came to depend upon her more and more in your schoolwork, although you scarcely realized it. It wasn't that Mary was any smarter than you were. It was just well that she seemed to find more time to study and you were student council representative and a very busy fellow. Okay, that finishes the problems. Now, how about our history? You haven't done your history lesson either. Well, gosh, Mary, I can't do everything. I have two council meetings this week. I just don't have time to study. Well, here are the answers to the history lesson. But I think you're going to have trouble when we have tests and all these things. What are you going to do about the big test tomorrow? Oh, I'll get by. All right. If I have trouble, you'll help me again, won't you? And that's how it was. Gradually, Mary had become your partner. Although, as time went on, she seemed less willing to do your work for you. Sometimes Mary looked at you almost as Miss Grandby had. Well, so long, Mary. Thanks a lot for your help. Yes, thanks a lot for your help, Mary. Whether you intended to help him or not, it was clear John depended on you. Didn't you begin to wonder what you were letting yourself in for? Take the next day for instance, the day of the test. What's the answer to number nine? Sh. You got to help me. What's the answer to number nine? John, bring it up here, please. I'm afraid I'll have to give you both a zero on the test. And both of you are to report to me after school, please. So you were caught, John. You were exposed in front of the class. And what's more, Mary was involved, too. Mary, who was only trying to help. And then what happened? Your classmates seemed to treat you a little coldly. Perhaps it was because they had studied and worked hard for their grades. Maybe they felt that your cheating gave you an unfair advantage. And their thoughts about you were reflected in another way. Hey, what's up? Meeting of the student council. That's funny. My name isn't on there. I'm on the student council. I don't think you'd want to come to this meeting. It's about you. Me? That's what I hear. Say, would you mind calling me after the meeting's over and let me know how it comes out? No, I wouldn't mind. No, I don't say that what John did was right, but I do think we ought to give him another chance. You mean you think we ought to let him go on being in the student council? I think we should. I don't. You've got to admit he's a good representative. That's right. But I don't think anyone that cheats should hold an office. That's right. I think we should elect the new representative. All right. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. We won't get anywhere by all talking at once. Are we ready to take a vote now? All in favor of giving John another chance, hold up your hands. All who think we should elect a new student council representative, hold up your hands. Well, I guess most of us feel the same way about it. Who's going to tell John? I'll tell him. I said I'd call him when the meeting was over. I'll call him as soon as I get home. John, I guess you know why I'm calling. We had that meeting about you a little while ago. They decided to elect a new student council representative. I'm sorry, Johnny, but I guess you know why. Yes, John knew Wyatt was. He'd been caught in a trap of his own making and had involved his friends, too. He now found himself looked down on by friends and classmates. But did John really intend to be dishonest? Should Mary share any of the blame? Was it fair for John to use Mary as he did? And what about his classmates? Did John's cheating hurt them in any way? Should they have given him another chance? What do you think? [Music] Um, so this is part of a series that Centron did, not Coret, Centron. And uh those kids, they show up in other ones. Um they show up in The Outsider, The Bully, The Showoff. Uh there's others in the series, The Gossip. Um and they all have a slow southern twang to them. Uh Centron was based in Lawrence, Kansas. So, but I don't know if this is was shot in Lawrence, Kansas or somewhere else. Uh, yeah, the snob is another one. Um, but it's great because it's open-ended. It's basically All right, kids. What do you think? Let me know. Um, so I've got the film set up again on the scanner. Uh, I I might show a little bit before that we've seen before. Um, but I'd like to see how this film ends. Uh, so here's advanced shooting technique part one, part two. Enjoy. And finally, the draw. As many archers soon learn, there are different stances or ways to address the target, including the closed and open stances. Beginners should use the closed stance with the feet on a line to the target. Intermediate and advanced archers should master the open stance because it provides a more secure base that helps eliminate body sway. This position also allows more concentration on the target, gives more of a feeling of drawing the bow with the muscles of the back and shoulder and allows more string clearance. So to develop a good open stance, take your position exactly the same way every time you shoot. Take time to locate your feet in the same position. Plant them firmly and keep your weight evenly distributed on both feet. Stand as erect as possible with the legs straight. The feeling should be that of trying to push the top of your head toward the sky. And during the draw, rotate at the waist without moving the hips and turn the shoulders to put them in line with the target. Just as there are variations in the stance, different individuals find different ways to knock the arrow. Above all, no one should underestimate the importance of being able to knock the arrow with a minimum of movement. The better you are at this simple procedure, the sooner you'll be able to knock arrows without thinking about it. No matter which method you use, keep the bow in line and be careful to avoid disturbing other shooters. When you're ready to raise the bow to pre-draw position, the first three fingers of the shooting hand are holding the string at the crease of the first joint and pointing back toward you. Raising the bow to pre-draw position is one aspect of the shooting sequence that should be almost identical for everyone. The bow should be raised in a fluid and relaxed manner using only the muscles of the shoulder and arm and without bending the body at the waist. Another area where there are slight variations from one archer to the next is bow hand position. Everyone is aware that the hand holding the bow should be relaxed, but individuals select different ways to get the job done. Some prefer to keep their wrists high. But only archers with strong wrists can use this method successfully. So most experts recommend the more common low wrist bow hand position. Not only is this position comfortable, easy to duplicate and control, but it lessens wrist fatigue. What's more, the low wrist is both more stable, and more consistent to shoot from. These advantages are the reason archers at all levels use the low wrist position. The bow hand is turned slightly about 45° and the forearm bone extends on a straight line directly into the center of the grip. Other differences of personal preference involve the position of the bow arm elbow. Some experimentation usually is necessary to find the best elbow position. The overall goal is to achieve an elbow position that's strong, easy to duplicate, and allows adequate string clearance. The elbow is rigid, making the arm one unit from the bow handle to the shoulder. For a few individuals to achieve the all-important bow arm unit, it may be necessary for the point of the elbow to be in the 6:00 position. But this elbow position allows only minimal clearance between the arm and bowring. The other commonly used elbow position is at 9:00 with the point of the elbow to the side. To get into the 9:00 position, start with the bow like this and simply extend it out in front of yourself. With the elbow at 9:00, there's usually maximum clearance between string and forearm. So, if you're trying to master it, rotate your elbow outward at pre-draw position as part of a regular checklist in your shooting sequence. Once you've mastered the basics of the first half of the shooting sequence and adapted them to suit your personal preferences and physical characteristics, you're halfway to achieving a consistent shooting form of your very own. [Music] Wow, there's no date on it. Um, no no copyright notice even though there's a prohibited thing at the end. Um, okay. So, what do we got? What's next? Uh, this is a Cornet film and um this is a remake. This is the third edition of one of their films uh about u eating good food for your your body. And so every time they they do an addition they get stranger and stranger. And this is during that time where they were animating a bunch of stuff. So this is a food choosers guide to a the well-fed cell. Let me try that again. A food choosers guide to the wellfed cell. Enjoy. [Music] [Music] day. [Music] By knock. [Music] Amazing, isn't it? The human body. Your body. Look how it grew. You can bend, twist, leap, stretch. and really move out if it has to. [Music] Not bad for a few chemicals in a gallon or so of water, but in you, they're priceless. Because combined in just the right way, they form trillions of cells that altogether form you. from your hair right down to your toenails and everything in between. Since your good health depends on the health of your cells, it's easy to think of each one of those trillions of tiny cells like a tiny U. It's your cells working together, doing their special jobs that let you and your body do all those amazing things. 3 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 Brain cells help you do your thinking. [Music] Other nerve cells help you know what's going on in the outside world. Muscle cells make you strong and help you move. [Music] Bone cells keep your bones firm and growing. Red blood cells carry oxygen to all the other cells that use it for energy. [Music] White blood cells fight germs. Like your body, your cells are amazing. But to keep them alive and healthy and amazing, they need the same thing you need, food. The reason you need food is because your cells need it. Your cells get their food from the food you choose to eat. Day after day, most of your life, you get to choose all kinds of food. Lucky you. But your cells aren't that lucky. You see, you have a choice. But they don't. They only get the food you send them. And not only that, they can only use certain parts of that food. These are the parts called nutrients. To you, food might be a sandwich or a piece of fruit or some ice cream, but not to your cells. To them, food only means nutrients. And what are these nutrients that your cells get from the food you eat? Well, take proteins. That's one kind of nutrient. Without proteins, your cells couldn't make new cells, so your body can grow and repair itself. [Music] And there are carbohydrates. Carbohydrates give your cells the energy to do the amazing things they do. Fats give your body energy, too. But your body stores extra fat in fat cells. [Music] Minerals like calcium and iron keep the different parts of your body growing properly and working together in the right way. [Music] vitamins, all kinds of them, help your cells make use of the other nutrients. And water not only helps all the nutrients get to all the cells, but it helps them to do what they have to do for you. And so from whatever kinds of foods you choose, your cells have to find all the nutrients they need to do their amazing jobs. Another victory for strong, healthy cells. This battle is won. But the war is never over. If your cells are strong and healthy, you're going to be strong and healthy, too. [Music] Now, when your cells aren't getting the right amounts of what they need from the food you eat, they have ways of letting you know if they're getting too many fats and carbohydrates. You might get fat, not enough, you might get skinny. If your cells aren't getting enough proteins, they might not be able to fight off germs and you might get sick often. [Music] Or if they aren't getting enough vitamins, they can get tired and worn down. And you will feel the same way. Remember, they don't have a choice. only you do. The one thing that makes it hard to be sure your cells are getting the nutrients they need is that most foods contain a combination of nutrients, not all in the same amounts. Like milk for instance, it has fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals, plus lots of water. So has meat. But meat has less of certain minerals than milk, like calcium, and more of others, like iron. Peanuts have a lot of proteins, too, but also a lot of fat. Carrots have hardly any fat or protein, but more of a special vitamin, vitamin A. And sugar supplies simple carbohydrates, but nothing else. So you can see that some foods are richer in certain nutrients than other foods. Knowing that nutritionists have grouped foods in a certain way to help you know how to eat the right foods in the right amounts to feed your cells properly. This is the way the foods have been grouped. One food group is made up of fruits and vegetables. [Music] These supply many important vitamins mainly A, B and C. Then breads and cereals. [Music] These foods are rich in complex carbohydrates, starches, and with lots of vitamins and minerals too. [Music] Then milk and milk products. [Music] That's your main supply of calcium and a lot of protein, too. [Music] Then the meat, poultry and fish group which also includes eggs, nuts and some beans. [Music] These are major protein sources. [Music] And last, as well as least, a group that includes foods rich in fats and sugars, simple carbohydrates. [Music] [Applause] [Music] There are a lot of different foods to choose from in each group, which means that it isn't hard to eat foods from each group every day. And when you do, your body, and that means your cells, those trillions of tiny use, will get to choose all the nutrients they need every day. [Music] But how much should you eat in a day? How much from each group? All you want. As little as you want. Well, there are two things you have to keep in mind. Calories and servings. First, calories. What's a calorie? A calorie is a measure of the energy that a food supplies. Even though a small apple weighs a lot more than a piece of candy, they might have about the same number of calories. That means you get the same amount of energy from them, but not the same nutrients. A tablespoon of butter has about the same number of calories as a large potato. [Music] but not the same nutrients. Remember that. [Music] Now, the more calories you eat, the more energy you get, but only up to a certain point. There's a catch. And the catch is this. Your body only needs and uses a certain amount of energy for its cells. Larger bodies usually need more energy than smaller bodies. The more you weigh, the more calories your cells need because you have more of them. But when you take in more calories than your particular body needs, they get stored as fat and you gain weight. Being too heavy is not good for you. But being too thin is just as bad. [Music] You can find all kinds of charts and nutrition books that will tell you how many calories you need to eat every day for your weight or the weight you'd like to be. So much for calories. Now, the servings. How many servings do you need to eat every day from each of the five food groups to give your cells the nutrients they need? [Music] A serving is the amount of any kind of food you usually eat at one time. Like one glass of milk. That's a serving of milk. [Music] Or a slice of bread. That's a serving. Or one lamb chop. Or one egg. Or a potato. How many servings from the five food groups should you eat? That's as easy as remembering a phone number. Just call food groups 44420 for a balanced diet. That number is a way of helping you to remember that you'll give your cells what they need every day. If you eat four servings from the fruit and vegetable group, four servings from the bread and cereal group, four servings from the milk group, two servings from the poultry, meat, and fish group, and no servings from the fats and sugars groups because you get enough of those nutrients without even trying. Food groups 4 4420. Sounds easy enough, but can you do it? You may not have many choices where you eat. And there are always times when you give in to a temptation and eat something you like, but yourselves don't. And what also makes it hard to choose the right foods is something you probably don't even know about. Cooking foods in certain ways changes the nutrients you get from them. Remember that potato we saw before? When it's baked, it has about 100 calories. [Music] So do 10 tiny potato chips, but they're deep fried in fat and absorb the fat and the calories that come with the fat. So you get much less potato, but the same number of calories. [Music] Look at all those nutrients along with the potatoes 100 calories. What about the potato chips? Plenty of calories. Vitamins empty. Minerals empty. Fats, a lot of them. Overall, a flop. Sometimes cooking a food in a certain way adds so many calories. And if you ate enough of the food to get the nutrients you need, you'd get as big as a house. A lot of crunch, but not much nutrition for your cells in potato chips. The same goes for French fries. [Music] And you have to watch out for other things. This cola has about the same calories as the potato, too. But nutritionally, it can't do very well. It's mainly sugar. So, watch out for foods with lots of sugar and not much else. Watch out. Now, let's compare two kinds of bread. Both are made from wheat. When is ground into white flour, parts of the seed are removed. This is called processing of wheat. The parts that are removed, the bran and the wheat germ, take with them many of the minerals and vitamins in the wheat kernel and some of the protein. Processing can create empty calories. So, watch out for all those awful empty calories. Now, knowing all that, you'll be able to make some very nutritious choices when you try to get your daily balanced diet every day. Remember food groups 4 4420. [Music] With a chart like this, you can keep track of what you eat. For instance, if you have orange juice, an egg, toast, and butter, and a glass of chocolate milk, you've got a serving of all the groups, including the sugar and fat group. For lunch, how about a meatloaf sandwich and a milkshake. Potato chips? Not in the vegetable section. The way they're cooked makes them mostly a serving of fat, but the carrot sticks go there. And for dinner, oh, how about spaghetti and tomato sauce and a salad? Milk? Fine. Well, there's your day's eating so far. A few empty places in your chart. You didn't quite make your magic number. [Music] But you can take care of that with a bedtime snack. How about a piece of fruit for a snack and maybe a glass of milk? Even a cookie if you can handle the extra calories. And that's one way to keep track of your eating to make sure you're getting all the nutrients your cells need. And because there are lots of different foods in each group, you can make all kinds of choices and still eat well. If you don't want meat or it isn't available, have a peanut butter sandwich. Peanut butter sandwich or eggs, even cheese from the dairy products group because it's rich in proteins. Beans are a good exchange for meat, too. Beans. Popcorn for bread, [Music] spaghetti, tomato sauce, and cheese is about as nutritious as steak or roast beef in a salad. Spaghetti, tomato sauce, cheese. Or you can get about the same nutrients from rice, tortillas, black beans, and peppers. Tortillas, black beans, and peppers. Cool. fruit juice instead of whole fruit, raw salad, carrots, celery exchanged for cooked vegetables, yogurt, cheese, or ice cream can be exchanged for milk. Be creative. Dream up your own exchanges. Grapes, ice cream, peanut, chicken leg. Have some fun, but watch out because you might not be getting what you think you're getting. Is that shake really the same as a milkshake? None of it's made without milk. Find out when you order one. How much meat is really in that frozen pizza? There might not be any, even though it seems like there is. What's the difference between orange drink and orange juice? just a lot of vitamins and minerals, that's all. And the juice has less sugar. [Music] Even when a processed food is enriched, when some vitamins and minerals that were lost in processing are put back, it can never be as nutritious as it was. [Music] To know what you're eating means becoming a careful eater. That doesn't necessarily mean being neat. However, being a neater eater is a good habit. And if you become a neater eater, you probably will become a careful eater, too. How? By checking food labels, asking questions like, "Why is sugar listed first or high up on some breakfast cereals? ingredients are listed in order of amount. And when sugar is listed high up, that means there's a lot of it in the food. It's like eating candy. A lot of empty calories. Remember them? Recognize any of these words? Dextrose, glucose, moltos, corn syrup, honey. Honey is sweet, and so are dextrose, glucose, moltos, and corn syrup. Because they're only different kinds of sugar. You might think you're getting a lot of nutrients, but you might actually be getting just a lot of sugar and not much else. [Music] Check the label again. The label will also list additives, chemicals that are added to color or flavor or preserve the food. These may be some things you'd like to avoid. Remember, you're eating not only for yourself, but for a trillion or so of those little U's, your cells that make up your body. [Music] That balanced diet from all the food groups makes it possible for them to have the nutrients they need to do what they have to do for you. And what happens when those tiny trillions of little U's get all the nutrients they need from the foods you choose to eat? Well, they show their appreciation in a most delightful way. They make you feel good. Yeah. Feel great. [Music] I'm in fruit and vegetables. And I'm like meeting with food groups. Food groups. You got to have some of us every day.
