Demonstrates the Sperry attitude gyro in action in a P-47 fighter. Explains that this aeronautical instrument provides a visual indication of the position of an aircraft, with reference to the earth’s surface, throughout all possible attitudes in when a plane can be manoeuvred. The instrument is adaptable to other types of aircraft.
