A portrait of the master cellist at 73, filmed shortly before his death. Piatigorsky reveals his graceful acceptance of aging, his affection for his students and a passionate devotion to music. The cellist performs Minuets 1 and 2 from the Suite in G Major by Johann Sebastian Bach.
