Complete Record: Depicts through animation the problems which plague Alexander as a result of his bad habits of diet and rest. Shows that eating too much cake and reading comic books until midnight causes Alexander to remain in bed the next day rather than play ball. A dream and a lecture from his father on athletes, their diet and rest prompt Alexander to change his ways. Concludes with Alexander returning triumphantly from a game in which he pitched to victory.
