there are some things about growing up that never changed boyhood for instance is as it has always been an awful time to be sick it's hard for a boy to retreat from the world outside his bedroom and confine himself to his sick bed he gets restless and restlessness is one boy hoods enduring months but some things like the games uh boys do change and change enormously they change just as the visions of boyhood change the challenging horizons but lied just a hit and for the boy who lives today those horizons are exciting envy and as always he'll saracens do exist and they may be crossed sooner than we think this is an age that men of the future looking back will calm the age of promise for the Restless mind of man is open and every vision has validity spectacular frontiers lie waiting in the fabulous worlds beyond the telescope and in the mysterious world that lives beneath the microscope most challenging of all his medicine was course has been changed by scientists like Louie pastor Paul Ehrlich father of chemotherapy Alexander Fleming discoverer of penicillin today the medical revolution they've generated has advanced so far above even atomic energy the most incredible of our accomplishments is now enlisted in medicine search for longer healthier life at the research laboratories operated by Charles Pfizer the company atomic energy becomes a laboratory tool in the quest for greater control over disease after years of study Pfizer scientists now are able to use atomic materials to radio activate one of modern medicines most successful drugs the antibiotic terramycin science is well aware of the spectacular disease-fighting power of antibiotics like Tara myosin but precisely how these drugs work in the body is still a scientific mystery now becomes the real with the consistency we have seen in our lifetimes no vote can really be called extravagant this is the age of promise and new frontiers are waiting
