A Sand County Almanac: Based on the Writing of Aldo Leopold

Uses scenes of wildlife and flowers in a country setting as background for the readings of Aldo Leopold, a biology professor who presented the idea of ecology long before it became fashionable. Concentrates on the writer's "Sand County" farm in Wisconsin as the importance of ecology and the natural environment are stressed.
