Description: Discusses the prevalence of venereal disease, especially among teenagers, and emphasizes the need for recognition of symptoms and prompt treatment to prevent further spread of this type of disease. Indicates that of the more than one million new cases of venereal disease in a recent year, more than one quarter were teenagers.
