Shows a little boy leaving his house to play and being confronted by garbage littered streets strewn with old tires and broken bottles and buildings defaced by grafitti. Points out that the boy gathers his friends together to make plans as they pick up letter, sweep up gutters and streets, plant flowers and paint garbage cans and fences.
