Description: Mr. John Butler and Miss Myers discuss how and why a choreographer works. He and his dancers demonstrate the various elements which the choreographer must handle: rhythm, use of space, and theme. They present excerpts from several of Mr. Butler’s dances and concludes with his concert dance based on three approaches to religion, “Three Promenades to the Lord.”
