A Child is a child (TEFC)

Description: Shows children with handicaps integrated with non-handicapped children in the pre-school laboratory at California State University, Northridge. It shows that the trend towards special education for children with handicaps has gone so far that many educators tend to lose sight of the fundamental fact that a child is a child.
