Complete Record: Presents a stop-motion pixilation of a simple fairytale of a youth and a common kitchen chair, told in ballet style without words by Norman McLaren. The young man tries to sit, but the chair declines to be sat upon. The ensuing struggle, first for mastery and then for understanding, forms the story. The musical accompaniment is by Indian musicians Ravi Shankar, Chatur Lal, and Modu Mullick. Claude Jutra performs.
