Description: Dating to 1970, this silent film shows a special open house event at what appears to be the Kennedy Space Center. At (:16) a banner reads, "First Anniversary Lunar Walk". The Command Module capsules for Apollo 12 and Apollo 13 (1:35) are shown on display, as well as models of Saturn V rockets (6:58), and the real thing (7:50). At (2:14) visitors pose with a mock-up of an astronaut wearing a spacesuit and holding a flag, an apparent homage to a Buzz Aldrin's famous pose during Apollo 11. At (9:24) plans for a future space station are displayed.
