Description: A behind-the-scenes visit with the zoo doctor at the San Diego Zoo. Part 1. Explains that the right kind of a zoo is a good place for animals to live, and that zoo animals, in family groups in natural surroundings, and with proper food, are happy and contented. Shows a kinkajou, a lesser panda, the elephant yard, lion cubs fed from a bottle, Bengal tigers, the commissary, and the feeding of the sea lions. Part 2. Shows an axis deer, an eland, two kinds of zebras, kangaroos with a baby kangaroo in its mother's pouch, the antics of grizzly, sloth and Polar bears, a koala, and a young chimpanzee
