WOODWIND CHOIR

Throughout this film various woodwind instruments, supported by the full orchestra, are shown and heard in typical passages from standard orchestral compositions. Ample opportunity is given to hear and judge tone quality and to observe playing techniques. Symphonic players of the highest rank demonstrate the instruments. The use of the French horn is shown in a portion of Brahms' "First Symphony."
