Vibrations (Basic Physical Science Series)

Defines and illustrates vibration. Then explains and demonstrates sound as objects vibrating in the air within certain frequencies. Points out that two things are needed to make a vibration - force that pulls the vibrating object toward a center position and the natural tendency for a moving object to keep moving.
