THE ROMANCE OF TRANSPORTATION IN CANADA

Oscar® Nominee, Best Short Subject (Cartoon)

Don't be fooled by the straightforward title—this wacky short animation is a hilarious take on the history of how we got back and forth across this country's vast distances and great obstacles. The whole story of transportation is told with tongue-in-cheek seriousness, from the intrepid trail blazers of long ago to the aircraft of today and tomorrow. Have a laugh and learn something all at once!
