The Ormond Beach Antique Auto Show of 1964 | 16mm Film Scan

Description: Circa 1965 Film promoting the Daytona/Ormond Beach area and the car culture it offered, produced by the Birthplace of Speed Association. Seems like it was essentially a tourism film. I assume it was shot in 1964 and earlier, film print date was 1965. All sorts of awesome antique cars are shown, from a 1902 curved dash to the Model T to Edsel Ford's 1934 red speedster. *Please Contact Regarding Usage* Was on totally red Eastmancolor stock, had to do quite a few tricks to getcolor back. Print was in fairly rough shape, had a good amount of scratches and splices. Could only do a light dirt/scratch reduction pass as to not cause artifacts with all the car motion. Had to reupload due to a copyright claim on a small portion of background music of this film. I used a dialogue isolator and then replaced with other music from the film. Also corrected an error with a single frame placement near the end.
