CONDITION NOTE: Last inspected: 2002/ 10/21; Very good condition; film is bent at 7 in countdown leader; light scratches on left half of frame (looking at emulsion) off and on throughout reel 1; reel 2 has four lines on the base side from beginning to end; they get more noticeable towards the end; perf repair and damage at head; light emulsion and base scratches throughout; 2 repaired tears at 800 ft. from head of reel 2; after a tape splice there are approximately 60 frames of sprocket teeth indentations; the last 25 feet has two diagonal folds and the last 15 feet has five tape repairs to the sprocket hole damage; no vinegar syndrome at this time
