Description: Shows the capture of General Henri Giraud by the Germans in World War II and his imprisonment at Konigstein. He escaped by the aid of materials secreted to him and disappeared into the woods. After many narrow escapes, he arrived in Switzerland and finally France. Eventually the Allies landed in North Africa and brought him by submarine to take command of the Free French Forces.
