Description: John Eastland and Michael Jefferson are U.S. soldiers in Vietnam. They are captured by the Viet Cong and tortured for information. The film then shifts to New York, where Eastland is a vigilante. He kills gang members, kidnaps mob boss and chains him above an industrial meat grinder. Eastland also kills a state senator from New Jersey who sexually abuses children. The press dubs Eastland the "Exterminator"
