SPEED (1950) The Accident Multiplier | 16mm Film Scan

Description: 1950 Educational film produced by Insurance hall-of-famer James S. Kemper, who was key in founding the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety (IIHS). Features a "Sgt. Bruce" of the Los Angeles Police Department. This was a kind-of rough print made in the late 1960s. Cleaned it up with uniformity correction, exposure/contrast adjustments and deflickered; in a bit of a time crunch so didn't have the time needed to do full dirt/scratch removal. Due to the print being a bit jittery/shaky I stabilized select sections.
