Soudan

An epic of the "Grass" and "Chang" type, but with greater personification of tribal traits, in individual native players. Two foster brothers grow from babes to sturdy young manhood, as their African tribe migrates in constant quest for a dependable food supply. A handsome, brave, and resourceful people is shown in this authentic recent production, which contains just enough of adventure, suspense, and love interest to appeal to audiences of every age. Humor is often present but quite unforced, as, where an ungainly young giraffe is captured and brought to the village belle for a pet.
