Produced in collaboration with Earle K. James, lecturer on South America and former editor of the Latin American News magazine. Ruins of ancient and modern Peru are shown. Contemporary family life in an Indian Communal village makes up the major sequence. Modern Peruvian activity including oil refining, cotton and sugar cane production are briefly shown along with urban life in the city of Lima. The seasonal return of the Indians to their native villages concludes the presentation. "An excellent film for showing the Inca influence in Peru.
