Description: Kulasekaran, King of Kurinjinadu, visits his friend Mahendran who is the King of Marudanadu. But he suspects that there is a secret relationship between Kulaseskaran and Sivagami. He orders her to be decapitated and she gives birth to a child. Instead of killing her, they place the child in a box with some ornaments and set sail the box in a river.
