Film begins by voice-over which states that since the Americans are losing the war, they have begun using chemical warfare which is condemned by the whole world. The devastation to crops, animals and people caused by air drops of toxins is shown. A scene shows the Front sending medical teams to the villages to treat injured villagers. The next scene is a hearing where people come to testify about what happened to their families. The film ends with the voice-over stating that just as the Americans could not win the war by conventional warfare, they will not win by chemical means.; PFA 1604-01-3419.
