once upon a time there was a little boy who loved to play with his toys there were other exciting things to do like baseball but one day he fell it was hard to get up after that he kept falling all the time the doctor said he was sick and soon he couldn't play at all he became weaker and weaker until he needed a wheelchair then a bed and in the end the little toy soldiers didn't have a general the Train didn't run and the airplane never flew again that little boy had muscular dystrophy someday if you help the doctors will find a cure so please when the Jerry Lewis volunteer comes to your door give all you can so that other children will always be able to run and jump and play and live happily ever after
