Description: "Here is important news for wage earners and their employers beginning February 1st 1968. The new federal minimum wage is $1.60 an hour for those workers whose minimum wage was $1, forty cents an hour, also beginning February 1st 1968. The new federal minimum wage is $1.15 an hour. For those workers whose minimum wage was $1 an hour. Overtime pay is required at a rate of not less than one and one half times the employee's regular rate of pay unless specifically exempt. The official poster points on these and other requirements and must be displayed in all places of employment where the law applies. More information may be obtained from the nearest federal wage hour office of the US Department of Labor."
