Description: Shows how Ricky's curiosity about liquid measure is aroused by watching his mother mix punch. As soon as she leaves, Ricky gathers various units of measure to find out how many of the smaller ones filled with water are needed to fill the larger ones. He also learns that the shape of a measure does not determine the amount it will hold. On a subsequent trip to the store, Ricky sees symbols for the measures and has fun identifying various quantities.
