Description: Shows the work of Drs. B.F. Skinner and R.J. Herrnstein in measuring learning and conditioning in the laboratory. Dr. Skinner shows that all learning is dependent upon reward as a means of reinforcing a learned response. He also finds that if this factor is absent, there is simply no learning, be it animal or man. Shows the relationship between the work being done by Drs. Skinner and Herrnstein and that of the Russian physiologist Dr. Ivan Pavlov.
