KNOCK AT THE DOOR

Shows what some state highway departments, union organizations and highway construction contractors are doing to train minority group persons to operate heavy highway construction equipment. Tells the story that there are opportunities in the construction trades for minority and underprivileged persons who will 'knock at the door' to seek training which will improve their positions in the working force of the nation as well as their social standing.
