Description: Cataloger unable to view film. Description taken from inspection report and Arledge papers finding aid.; "In 1947 Arledge began working with glass transparencies as an aid to drawing. She heated color gels on glass sheets and then drew on them with toothpicks, pens, Q-tips, and other instruments. Arledge experimented with projecting the finished drawings onto movie screens, and she eventually transferred some of the glass transparencies to 16 mm film and called the resulting works 'stabile films.'
