Description: Witness how people were partying and dressing up in the roaring 20s in California in this extremely rare indoor footage! It's quite grainy given that its indoor, but this is just something you do not see from this era. Portions of footage appear "sped up" as the camera operator was under-cranking to allow more light. Begins with footage of New Years 1925 party, showing couples all dressed up in fun costumes and having a fun time. Then, back in the photographer's home in 1926, playing with their terrier puppy, the husband having a smoke and listening & operating a telegraph. Finally, the wife plays on the piano. Then, we move on out to the 1927 "Hunkin Party" in Los Altos, 1927 - we see more couples having a fun time all dressed up, capped off with a young lady dancing the Charleston!
